Our Campus
A community is stronger when families have a place to rebuild. The 12 Stones campus in Edgewater is being developed to provide transitional homes and community-centered spaces designed to restore stability for families in crisis.
Here’s a look Back at 12 Stones’ first major initiative
A generous community member heard about our mission and was inspired to help move 12 Stones into action by purchasing our first property. This eight-unit apartment building underwent some long-overdue renovations and was then opened to residents. Potential residents are required to complete an application process with Family Renew Communities and submit to program requirements that will help equip them for independence and success.
nEXT Phase of Restoration
Expanding the Opportunity for Families to Rebuild
For many families in Southeast Volusia County, one unexpected crisis can lead to housing instability. A job loss, medical emergency, or sudden financial setback can quickly place a family at risk of losing their home.
But when a safe place and supportive community become available, the story can change.
At 12 Stones Return On Integrity, we believe families deserve more than temporary solutions. They deserve a clear pathway toward stability, dignity, and lasting independence.
Our current campus in Edgewater has already begun serving families in partnership with Family Renew. Through transitional housing and supportive guidance, families are finding stability and hope again.
Yet the need in our community continues to grow.
That is why we are preparing for the next phase of development.
Vision for Greater Impact
The next phase of the 12 Stones campus will expand our ability to serve families by creating a purposefully designed environment for restoration and stability.
Our vision includes:
• Up to 20 transitional housing units for families rebuilding their lives
• Community-centered spaces that support family stability and growth
• Revenue-generating commercial space designed to sustain the mission long term
This thoughtful development will allow 12 Stones to serve more families while creating a model that is both compassionate and sustainable.
Why This Matters
When a family enters a safe and stable environment, everything begins to change.
Parents regain focus and confidence.
Children experience stability in school.
Families begin rebuilding healthy routines and financial security.
Transitional housing programs like ours provide the breathing room families need to move from crisis toward independence.
But without sufficient housing resources, many families simply have nowhere to turn.
Our next phase of development exists to change that reality.
Community Built on Hope
This vision is not simply about buildings.
It is about creating a place where restoration becomes possible.
A place where families can pause, recover, and rebuild.
A place where the community comes together to support one another.
When a family is given the opportunity to stabilize, the impact extends far beyond a single household. It strengthens neighborhoods, schools, churches, and the entire community.
The Role of Community Partners
The future of this campus will be built through the generosity and partnership of people who believe families deserve a second chance.
Community members, churches, businesses, and foundations all play an important role in helping make this vision possible.
Together, we can create a place where families move from crisis to stability, and from uncertainty to hope.
The Story Is Still Being Written
The work of restoration is never finished.
But with every home created and every family supported, the story of hope grows stronger.
The next phase of development at 12 Stones represents an opportunity to expand that story — creating more space for families to rebuild and more opportunity for our community to make a lasting difference.
Because when families are restored, communities flourish.
